Drea Young, Assistant Engineer

In 2001, Drea graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with an Associate Degree of Specialized Technology in Graphic Design. Following graduation, she started her career with ClearChannel Entertainment in Philadelphia promoting all concerts in the NJ/PA/tri-state area. While pursuing a career in the advertising field of the music industry, she aggressively recorded some of her own music. As she was recording her material she realized the talent and passion she possessed for producing, songwriting, and recording. This talent led her to enroll in the Recording Arts Program at Full Sail University. She graduated in May 2008 with an Associate Degree of Science in Recording Arts. After graduation she began her career as a General Assistant at SevenSeas Studios. Drea really proved that she had the knowledge and expertise required to be a part of the team at SevenSeas Studios and within six months, was promoted as an Assistant Engineer. There, she has gained experience and knowledge through working with well-known producers such as: Steve Epstein, Al Pryor, Trackmasters, artists such as: Beyonce, Mario Winans, Bow Wow, and engineers such as: Richard King, Jim Caruana, Rob Kinelski. Drea's road has just begun but she has already proved she has what it takes to keep the industry rocking.
